The War to End All Wars Teach-in
‘The War To End All Wars: 90 years later and the lessons learned – A Teach-in’
November 8 – 11, 2008 The Victory of Remembering Over Forgetting

This year there will be much hoopla in the service of new wars - the same as every year, just a little more so. The World Peace Forum wants to use the anniversary to create an event that tells the story about what wars are really about- plunder and a new division of colonial spoils and the repression of the movement for social change in the interests of the rich and powerful.

The event would take place over the weekend of November 8 & 9 and ends on Tuesday, November 11.
To accomplish it, the World Peace Forum is sending out a call to activists, artists and academics from Vancouver and beyond to bring their work, knowledge skill and energy to the project.

There is no deadline for proposals but, like dinner, it is first come, first served. The initial discussion of proposals and a draft schedule will take place in late June. Consider July 15 is a good date to send us proposals .
